Ticket Timer has been designed with simplicity and easy of use as the foremost concerns. There are many more complex and more expensive services available. If you are a project manager trying to track time for a whole team then you'll opt for one of those. They all claim to be suitable for individuals tracking their own time but we have found that they are not as useful for that scenario.
